Perfect results! Today he learnt:
– how to hold a round brush to paint clouds
– how to control water amount
– different brush motions to create different effects (grass, tree, clouds)
A little more careful will be good. But overall, good job! -

New drawing today, continue with gouache paint. Matthew follows instructions very well and knows how to adjust the human pose in the drawing. First layer is done! -

We paint the night sky with gouache paint today. Matthew has learnt to mix gouache paint evenly, how to hold a round brush and wet-on-wet technique. -

We tried drawing different vase shapes today! It was quite a challenge for him to draw circles, so we switched to another activity — practicing circles with a compass. He seemed more relaxed during the coloring part, and it’s looking great! We’ll finish in the next session.
