In the shading part, she was making progress, and I could see how much better she was compared to her previous drawing. -

Continuing on, now is the time to balance between measuring and estimating methods.
Finally, she could understand the concept!
This approach can be applied to drawing all kinds of objects. -

She went back to studying the very basic planar head. She needs to learn the shape-building method based on measuring first. The result was not very good. -

She tried to observe the subtle changes on the surface of the object and express them in her drawing. Adding a bit of proactive interpretation would make the artwork more artistic, rather than just an attempt to copy a photo. -

She tried hard with the new challenge. I saw how she’s improving her speed in building shapes, but she needs to do it more carefully and at a slower pace.
