She began a new project, this time with a more structured process: planning the composition, light–dark notan, and color map before executing the detailed painting.
There were some minor issues with spatial relationships, but they were not significant problems. -

She completed this color study very well; it will serve as a foundation for greater freedom and creativity in color in her future works. -

A more in-depth study of color. She demonstrated strong sensitivity to color, and it shows great promise as a solid piece of work. -

This was her first time trying plein air painting, and it was indeed a challenging task. In addition to having to arrange the composition and choose a viewpoint on her own, selecting colors under less-than-ideal conditions meant that she was not entirely successful. She needs much more practice with outdoor painting. -

She continued to refine the drawing. Although the handling of materials was not yet successful, I appreciate the way she enriched the colors on the black canvas, which gives the painting much greater depth.
