We ran into some difficulty at the shading stage due to the change in paper type, so the result isn’t entirely satisfying. She’ll definitely need to revisit this sculpture study in the future.

With the new subject, as usual, she constructs the form confidently and efficiently. Any slight looseness can be easily corrected in the next session.

This is exactly what I want her to feel—not just about value. The sculpture should convey a smooth, luminous quality, like a plaster cast under strong light.

She has become more comfortable with this sculpture model; the light and shadow areas are relatively clear. However, I hope she will push the quality to a new level in the next session, once replicating the model is no longer a challenge.

Finally, we have completed the work on this sculpture. It must be said that this was a very challenging task. Although she achieved some results, I think we will return to this subject in the future when her skills have further improved.
