04/05/2026Continuing with still life drawing, this piece is more challenging than the previous leaves and fruit studies, with a wider range of materials and textures to observe. Joshua made a very good start and will continue developing and completing this artwork in the upcoming classes.

Continuing with charcoal still life, Joshua is starting to control the medium much better.
The objects are beginning to show material quality and a sense of spatial depth.

First time experimenting with gouache on paper, Joshua shows a good sense of color harmony.
Brush handling, mixing, and blending techniques still need more practice.
